1. Introduction

Welcome to Talk About Talk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, free and paid resources and programs including but not limited to the podcast, masterclasses, online courses, coaching, content, and related services provided directly through Talk ABout Talk as well as other platforms including but not limited to Thinkific, Calendly, Slack, KIT, Google, or any other platform we use (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Access

• You may be required to create an account to access certain courses or content.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property, Material Access & Licence

All content provided through the Services including but not limited to videos, recordings, text, worksheets, slides, branding, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Talk About Talk and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

• When you purchase or enroll in a course or other service, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Content may not be shared, resold, copied, reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without our written permission.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change.

• Payments are processed securely through Thinkific and/or other third-party payment processors.

• Refunds, if offered, are governed by the specific refund policy stated on the sales page or contract.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, policy violations, or excessive refund requests.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

• Harass, abuse, or harm coaches, instructors or other participants, listeners, viewers, or community members

• Upload or share infringing, offensive, or misleading content

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers

• Our programs, services and courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

• We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or career advancement.

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk About Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada where Talk About Talk operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
